Uniting Mauritian changemakers to advance the climate adaptation dialogue π€

Overview
Organised in collaboration with the Global Center on Adaptation (GCA), this event will gather young leaders from across Mauritius to explore youth engagement in climate adaptation particularly in relation to the national climate plans (NAPs & NDCs). Key Outcomes: Youth Policy Proposal: Develop actionable recommendations for key ministries that is, Environment, Solid Waste Management and Climate Change; Energy and Public Utilities; and Agro-Industry, Food Security, Blue Economy and Fisheries. Youth Impact Report: Produce a national report on climate adaptation to be consolidated with other African countries under AYAN and presented at COP30 in Brazil (November 2025), amplifying Mauritian youth voices globally.
Eligibility Criteria
